All volunteers are given proper orientation, training and planning for better implementation of the duties and responsibilities chosen. Every volunteer or volunteer groups are required to submit a project activity proposal so that we can make sure the the project is set-up and fully aligned with our objectives



I. HOPE Program Assistance

Day Care Program (DCP)
Beneficiaries: 5 to 6 y/o
Volunteer tasks: Assistant DCP Teacher, Program, home visitations, deliver lessons, conduct games, story telling, arts & crafts, music lessons, graduation assistance & sponsorships, etc. The lessons to be delivered are formal since this is a formal education program.
Program Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Drop In Program (DIP) --- We need volunteers to operate this program
Beneficiaries: 5 to 17 y/o students & OSY
Volunteer task: Teacher, Assistant Teacher, arts & crafts, stage playing, acting, story telling, voice / music lessons, sports, tutorials, etc. Lesson can be informally delivered.
Program Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8:30 to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) Program
Beneficiaries: Children and Adults
Volunteers will be trained on how to conduct an empowerment session against child abuse
Volunteer Posts: Psychologist, counselor, educator, advocator, community organizer, netwroking etc.
Program Schedule: depending on the schedule of all concerned

Community Based Treatment of Abused Program (CBTAP)
Beneficiaries: children in especially difficult circumstances (CEDC)
Volunteer task: Psychologist, therapist, social worker, lawyer, legal   assistance.
Program Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8:30 to 5:30. Anytime needed.

HOPE Mobile Puppet Theater (HMPT)
Beneficiaries: children ages of elementary and high school
Volunteer task: puppeteer, advocator, storyteller, trainer, small group facilitators
Program Schedule: as scheduled

II. Other Projects

a. Big Kuya, Big Ate (BKBA) - Life Skills Mentoring
b. Hygiene Activities - hygiene lessons, hair cut, nail cut, and wound dressing
c. Medical Activities d. Dental Activities e. Birthday Celebrations f. Recognition Day

III. Volunteer initiated projects

a. Administration – be able to share your skills and talents in the administration of HOPE worldwide. Be a Data base programmer, Computer technician, Development training for staff, accountant, engineer, architect, gardener, etc. Be yourself and  be of help.

b. Special Projects – you, your friends, your organization or your company can propose to conduct a volunteer activity in partnership with HOPE worldwide. We can set a special meeting to discuss the feasibility of your project proposal.
